When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo URL. We also store a unique account identifier and device tokens used to deliver push notifications to your device.
When you connect with other users and perform verifications, we store connection records (who connected with whom) and verification records (who verified whom, when, and the outcome). Verification phrases are ephemeral — they expire after 60 seconds and are automatically deleted within 24 hours.

Verification records are automatically deleted within 24 hours. Your account, connection, and subscription data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting us — we will remove your account and all associated records within 30 days.
All data is protected by Firebase Security Rules, which ensure that only you and your verified connections can access shared data. Verification phrases are never transmitted over the phone — they exist only inside the app and expire automatically.
Veraxi is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
