By downloading, installing, or using Veraxi ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Veraxi provides a real-time identity verification tool that allows trusted contacts to confirm each other's identity over a phone call using time-limited, cryptographically random verification phrases. The service is designed to help protect against phone scams and social engineering.
You agree not to:
Free tier: up to 2 connections and 5 verifications per day at no cost.
Premium: unlimited connections and verifications, billed monthly or annually through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Subscription terms, pricing, and free trial eligibility are set by Apple and Google and displayed at the time of purchase. All sales are final; refunds are handled by the respective platform per their policies.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date via your App Store or Google Play account settings.
All content, branding, and code within Veraxi are owned by or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veraxi and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to failed notifications, missed distress alerts, or any harm resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
